Job summary

GMRE is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead to serve as the quality SME and drive the QMS across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Security & Compliance, you will develop, maintain, and improve processes, procedures, and records, extending beyond AS9100D and ISO 9001 compliance.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations and programs to identify improvement opportunities, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and promote practical quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in quality management, process improvement, or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting AS9100D/ISO 9001 QMS and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS in alignment with AS9100D and ISO 9001.
• Lead internal audits, process assessments, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop quality performance metrics and reports.
• Support supplier quality and government contracts.
