Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the assessment and improvement of healthcare quality standards and outcomes. This position involves managing quality evaluation processes, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring that the facility adheres to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and leading practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires hands-on analysis of quality and performance data. Successful candidates will be expected to personally perform complex data analysis and reporting, rather than solely overseeing analytical functions or interpreting reports prepared by others.
