  • Ensure adherence to organizational, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, with regular audits.

Mass General Brigham International Patient Services coordinates complex medical care, second opinions, and logistics for thousands of patients traveling from over 120 countries to Boston, Massachusetts hospitals. The multilingual team offers concierge support, financial guidance, and medical interpreters.
