Job summary

Induct HR Solutions is seeking a Test Governance Lead to oversee end-to-end testing across multiple projects. The role is onsite in locations including Jacksonville, FL, Irving, TX, and Tampa, FL, and requires US citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance.

You will manage test plans, scripts, data, and milestones, monitor progress in JIRA/Zephyr, and coordinate with BAs, sponsors, developers, and testing teams.

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Business Sponsors, developers, and testing teams.
• Drive Test Exit Report (TER) and release closure activities.
• Ensure all impacted Scrum teams and testing efforts are accounted for.
