Job summary

Induct HR Solutions is seeking a Test Governance Lead to oversee end-to-end testing across multiple projects. The role is onsite in locations including Jacksonville, FL, Irving, TX, and Tampa, FL, and requires US citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance.

You will manage test plans, scripts, data, and milestones, monitor progress in JIRA/Zephyr, and coordinate with BAs, sponsors, developers, and testing teams.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• No visa holders or other work authorizations accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing governance across projects/releases.
• Manage test plans, test scripts, test data, and testing milestones.
• Monitor JIRA/Zephyr progress and defect health.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Business Sponsors, developers, and testing teams.
• Drive Test Exit Report (TER) and release closure activities.
• Ensure all impacted Scrum teams and testing efforts are accounted for.
