Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician in Santa Clara, CA to support quality systems, document control and final QC activities. The role requires ensuring compliance with AS9100, UL and related standards while handling RMA processes and audits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in PCB/manufacturing, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills, with a collaborative, detail-focused mindset suitable for a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in PCB/manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• RMA process management.
• Conduct internal audits and follow-up corrective actions.
• Support AS9102 First Article requirements and documentation.
• Manage outside lab submissions.
• Support final QC for production and/or rework.
• Support final QC on RMA products.
• Participate in SCAR investigations and processes; maintain document control functions.
• Maintain and administer document control functions.
