Job summary

Neuralink is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to support calibration, maintenance, verification and validation of biomedical devices across R&D, preclinical and manufacturing. You will ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance while working with engineering and quality teams.

The role requires hands-on calibration, IQ/OQ/PQ involvement, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Qualifications

• Must understand calibration, maintenance, testing and qualification activities.
• Able to work in a regulated environment (cGxP).
• Good documentation practices and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instruments and equipment in the quality program.
• Assist in IQ, OQ, PQ activities; procure parts for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform verification and validation activities for engineering work and processes.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; document results and maintain traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Support change control and equipment record-keeping; travel as needed.
