Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a quality-focused professional to support day-to-day operations, NCRs, CAPA development and implementation, and calibration activities in a GMP environment. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs and internal/external regulations to ensure quality and compliance.

You will participate in special projects, deliver trainings, and assist with CI initiatives while maintaining rigorous documentation practices and GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Must be computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify, report and seek corrections for calibration out of tolerance (OOT) incidents.
• Investigate Non Conformance Reports (NCR), Out of Tolerance issues and Customer Complaints.
• Publish Metric Trending Plans for Calibration and assist CAPA resolution.
• Assist with revising SOPs and CI initiatives.
• Deliver trainings to team members on procedures and tasks.
• Perform validation protocols, R&R testing, data analysis and report generation.
