Job summary

RTX is seeking a quality assurance inspector to support receiving and first article inspections on-site in Huntsville. You will prepare reports, maintain records, and verify configurations across assembly levels to meet stringent DoD standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with extensive QA/manufacturing experience, plus the ability to obtain interim and final security clearance. Two shifts and potential overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with substantial QA inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and quality data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and first article inspections with high accuracy.
• Prepare reports and maintain quality records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Verify configurations and closure of entries in factory systems; support training.
