Parker Hannifin in Illinois is seeking a Quality Analyst to lead daily quality operations within the value stream, ensuring product conformity and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise inspection staff and drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma practices.

Essential Functions

• Lead daily quality operations within the assigned value stream to ensure product conformity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop inspection personnel and other assigned Quality Department employees.
• Coordinate daily inspection activities, prioritize workload, and support production schedules while maintaining required quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance, inspection results, nonconformances, scrap, rework, customer concerns, and cost-of-quality indicators.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action activities for internal, customer, and supplier quality issues.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality analysis or software testing (manual and/or automated)
• 1 year of experience leading or supervising hourly or non-exempt employees preferred
• American Society for Quality certification desired.

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5 Why, fishbone analysis, or other structured problem-solving methods.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, first article inspection, and document control.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

• Pay Range: $74510 to $123930 annually
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
