The ideal candidate will guide Kaizen initiatives, manage budgets, and mentor staff. With a strong background in engineering and leadership, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, oversee major quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; leadership experience in engineering.
• Experience with quality engineering and customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop team members; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of quality, PECR, and TQM engineers; drive excellence and continuous learning.
• Oversee customer quality issues and ensure timely resolution; maintain customer relationships.
• Guide PECR processes and change approvals; collaborate with production for Kaizen initiatives.
• Track KPI data and present quality reports; drive process optimization and QMS compliance.
