Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Locust Grove, GA seeks a Quality Engineer Manager to lead the Quality Management System, laboratories, testing programs, and incoming product quality for Locust Grove and Wood Dale facilities. You will drive ISO 9001 compliance and continual improvement across operations.

You will oversee calibration, measurement systems, test methods, and documentation, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers to ensure robust quality controls and a culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
7–10 years in quality systems, laboratory management, testing, or manufacturing quality.
5+ years of leadership in quality systems and operations.
Experience with ISO 9001 certification and audits.
Knowledge of calibration, metrology, and measurement systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Locust Grove ISO 9001 QMS and support Wood Dale QMS for certification and compliance.
Serve as site quality representative with certification bodies, customers, and regulators.
Develop and improve QMS documentation, procedures, inspection plans, and test protocols.
Oversee laboratory operations, testing methods, equipment, staffing, and safety.
Manage incoming inspection, supplier quality, and product verification activities.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions across sites.
