You will manage day-to-day quality engineering workflow, oversee nonconformance handling, and support early integration of quality into engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of quality engineering experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Quality System requirements and contract quality requirements.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide quality engineering staff in daily operations.
• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to uphold quality standards.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and production staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
