Qualifications

• Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven success in leading audits and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Engineering team and Quality Engineering Technicians to drive product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven quality improvements.
• Communicate with customers and manage Quality flow-downs and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; lead corrective actions and Kaizen activities.
