Job summary

ROMET Limited, a global leader in measurement solutions for natural gas utilities, seeks a Quality Engineering Lead-INDY to elevate the Quality Systems program. The role reports to the Quality Systems Manager and focuses on ISO 9001 compliance, process excellence, and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor teams, drive audits, improve processes, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electronics or industrial engineering.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor experience is required.
• ISO 17025 Lead Auditor experience is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing/machine shop and assembly.
• Experience with Measurement Canada and CSA certification is a must.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.
• Experience performing internal and external audits.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote process excellence and identify compliance gaps.
• Map, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Lead audits and publish results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with quality, operations, sales, and customer solutions to resolve quality concerns.
• Improve customer satisfaction through data-driven actions.
• Manage quality metrics and weekly KPI reviews.
• Guide quality mindset and train staff on QMS.
• Ensure new products transition smoothly to operations.
