Job summary

ROMET Limited seeks a Quality Engineering Lead - INDY to join onsite in Indianapolis, IN. The role drives quality metrics, ISO 9001 compliance, and cross-functional process improvements. You will partner with engineering, operations, and sales to raise product quality and process excellence.

The incumbent will lead audits, develop quality documentation, and mentor teams to sustain a strong quality culture in a high-growth environment. Onsite, full-time position offering training and benefits.

Qualifications

• College or University degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electronics or industrial engineering.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor experience required.
• ISO 17025 Lead Auditor experience considered an asset.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality metrics analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure QMS compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and close open issues promptly.
• Collaborate with product development to transition new products to operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction improvements through quality initiatives.
