Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive QMS compliance, analyze quality data, and implement root cause/corrective actions. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Sales, Warranty, and Field Service to ensure products meet specs and performance requirements.

The role emphasizes developing quality standards, monitoring KPIs, and fostering a company-wide quality culture with potential supervisory responsibilities within the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
• ASQ CQE certification and ISO/Lean experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Quality Manual with QA leadership.
• Prepare monthly quality reports for senior/executive leadership.
• Develop quality control systems to ensure product conformance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive ongoing process improvements and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Warranty, and Field Service to resolve issues.
