Job summary

You will apply classroom knowledge, gain mentorship from leaders, and develop skills in quality, reliability and process improvement within a fast-paced medical technology setting. This onsite role includes a sign-on bonus and housing stipend where applicable.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on engineering projects related to development of new products.
• Assist with human factors engineering and design validation activities.
• Support quality processes including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Document processes clearly and present findings to stakeholders.
