Job summary

This role offers hands-on experience in corrective actions, quality documentation, and customer communications, with exposure to statistical analyses and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or quality-related field.
• Familiarity with quality processes and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure quality standards.
• Identify root causes for nonconformances and support corrective actions.
• Draft and review inspection procedures and evaluate in-process rejections.
• Analyze quality performance with Operations to drive improvements.
