Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools a plus.
• Able to follow directions, adapt to tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with coolant, dust, mist, noise, and varying temperatures.
