Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance technical experience including systems development, testing and/or business experience can substitute for the required education.
• Minimum 2 years of audit or assessment or other relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project requirements and goals to produce deliverables.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure understanding of system test requirements.
• Develop and execute formal test plans to deliver quality software applications.
• Write test cases/scripts and participate in test case automation and execution.
• Define and track QA metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
• Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements.
• Facilitate test plan reviews and use case meetings with development teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate fully tested features for user acceptance testing.
• Integrate evaluation and improvements into business processes to address needs.
• Document problems and assist in resolution.
• Deliver quality process training to technical staff as an internal quality consultant.
