Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital (RAD) is recruiting for a Quality Engineering Spring 2027 Co-Op, located in Santa Clara, California: 5 to 6 month term (January-June).

As a Co-op in the Quality Engineering organization, you will have the chance to use state of the art tools, perform testing, verification, and validation, and support product design while collaborating with Design, Development, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Minimum GPA 3.0 and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Familiarity with statistics concepts/terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, verification, and validation to support product design.
• Develop lab testing and interpret data to recommend next steps.
• Create/update risk management documents and participate in meetings.
