The position requires 5+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing, ideally in heavy equipment or water-control projects, and proficiency with ISO 9001 and QA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably heavy equipment or water control systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and related quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and metrics for gate manufacturing and water control systems.
• Conduct inspections and audits of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure specifications.
• Lead CAPA investigations and coordinate corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to drive process improvements and enhance product reliability.
