Job summary

Industrial Tectonics Bearings is seeking a Quality Engineer to support Prime Customers on first articles and corrective action. You will review contracts and planning, and drive quality initiatives across the organization.

You will manage MRB/RMA processes, participate in RCCA investigations, support supplier quality, and implement QMS software. Excellent communication and a proactive, learn-fast attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, material, or manufacturing engineering.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and detail orientation.
• Able to communicate clearly at all levels, verbally and in writing.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• QE support of Prime Customers for first articles and corrective action.
• Reviewing contracts, specifications, purchase orders, and planning.
• Planning and implementing quality initiatives throughout the organization.
• Managing & tracking MRB & RMA’s.
• Performing internal & external audits.
• Participating in RCCA investigations as required.
• Assist in supplier quality support and development.
• Implement and Manage QMS software
