You will review contracts and plans, and drive quality initiatives across the organization while managing MRB/RMA items. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to learn and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Self-starter, motivated and resourceful with strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• QE support of prime customers for first articles and corrective action.
• Reviewing contracts, specifications, purchase orders, and planning.
• Planning and implementing quality initiatives throughout the organization.
• Managing & tracking MRB & RMA’s.
• Performing internal & external audits.
• Participating in RCCA investigations as required.
• Assist in supplier quality support and development.
• Implement and Manage QMS software
