CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN to solve manufacturing problems, lead quality initiatives, and help grow the quality department. You will collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers to drive improvements and ensure robust PPAP submissions.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, CAPA, and leadership growth, with a path to future quality leadership and a strong impact on process quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 experience.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Desire to take on increasing responsibility and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop inspection and sampling plans.
• Manage PPAP submissions.
• Partner with production, suppliers, and customers.
• Analyze data to improve quality and efficiency.
• Help support the growth of our Quality Department.
