Define and drive the enterprise automation testing strategy aligned with organizational quality objectives.
Architect, design, and govern scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks across UI, API, database, and integration layers.
Establish automation standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and quality engineering processes across teams.
Lead automation efforts for cloud-native, microservices, and distributed system architectures, integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines for Continuous Testing and Shift-Left quality.
Define key quality metrics, automation KPIs, and reporting dashboards to measure testing effectiveness and release readiness.
Experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, with 4+ years as a Test Automation Lead.
Expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, and API automation tools.
Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java for test framework development.
Deep expertise in API testing, contract validation, service virtualization, and microservices testing.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native architectures, plus experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure Pipelines.
Opportunity to lead enterprise-level test governance and automation standards that directly impact release readiness.
Work on CI/CD and Continuous Testing integrations using Azure DevOps and related tooling.
Build and evolve automation frameworks across UI, API, and data validation layers with modern testing approaches.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Development Leads, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to improve application testability.
Mentor and coach QA engineers and automation teams on framework design, coding standards, and automation best practices.
