Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (CQE is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing/assembly.
• Experience with QMS and ISO audits.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives (lean a plus).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Minitab and GD&T reading.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads root cause analyses and continuous improvement in sourcing, production, assembly, and VOC.
• Measures supplier quality and ensures incoming materials meet standards.
• Serves on cross-functional product development teams to support quality goals.
• Reviews product returns to identify root causes and drive performance improvements.
• Develops Quality Department capabilities through process improvements and training.
• Monitors KPIs, reports outcomes, and proposes new measurement approaches.
• Supports development of QMS and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders.
