Job summary

Kinetico is seeking a Quality Engineer Supervisor in Kentucky to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across sourcing, production, and VOC. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years as a QE in manufacturing, ISO/QMS experience, and strong analytics with tools like Minitab and CMM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; CQE a plus.
• 5+ years as a QE in manufacturing/assembly; plastic injection molding a plus.
• ISO QMS experience; ISO audits and training.
• 2+ years as Supplier Development Engineer or similar sourcing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate supplier quality, delivery, and cost against KPIs; ensure material standards.
• Support cross-functional product development and quality goals across product lines.
• Analyze product returns with VOC to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Develop and train Quality Department members; improve QMS and processes.
