Job summary

ContiTech (Continental Group) is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join the Halstead, KS facility. The role focuses on supporting and improving quality across manufacturing processes and products through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and quality management systems.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to identify issues, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence while driving continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or related technical discipline.
3+ years of relevant quality/manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities.
Investigate internal and customer quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Lead or participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
