Job summary
The Dixon Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Boss Division in Chestertown, MD. This hands-on role leads RCA, monitors KPIs, and drives continuous improvement in a high-visibility manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science required.
- Green belt certification and ASQ CQE/CQI preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in quality, inspection, engineering or manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead RCA and continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Inspect and approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods against drawings and specifications.
- Manage SOPs and document control for manufacturing consistency.
- Communicate nonconformances to suppliers and internal teams; implement corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs and report on quality performance.
