The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead a quality team and drive our quality framework. You will act as a technical liaison between engineering and production, translating designs into manufacturable, high‑quality components while embedding quality from the design stage.

Location: This role is based out of two Chestertown, MD locations, with time balanced between both offices to ensure full departmental support
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $65k-$90k per year

You will be the critical technical liaison between engineering and production, translating complex designs into manufacturable, high-quality components and embedding quality from the initial design.
