Veeco is looking for a Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and exceed customer expectations. This role is ideal for Quality professionals who are passionate about collaboration, continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and who are willing to develop a strong technical understanding of the product.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
Expertise in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5Why Analysis, Fishbone/Ishikawa Diagrams, SPC, etc. is required. Capital equipment manufacturing experience, especially in the semiconductor industry, is highly preferred.
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-107,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
