Job summary

AV is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure delivered product quality and drive quality controls across the product life-cycle. You will lead corrective actions for non-conformances and coordinate with engineering and operations to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering or quality and hands-on experience with DMAIC, FMEA, APQP, and SPC, plus familiarity with GD&T. The role involves MRB coordination, data gathering, and cross-functional teamwork in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline with 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of DMAIC, FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Gage R&R in quality environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 concepts is a plus but not required.
• Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings is desirable.
• Ability to collect and organize data using spreadsheets and basic stats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and quality control points across life-cycle.
• Lead problem reporting and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Support MRB activities and track dispositions and closures.
• Perform data reviews and basic statistical analyses to identify trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet quality requirements.
• Assist in APQP activities and ensure quality is captured in design and manufacturing.
