Job summary

Kubota Group is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role supports Engineering, Production and Quality teams across Jefferson, GA and Gainesville, GA locations, focusing on root cause analysis, containment, and preventive actions to ensure product quality and manufacturing performance.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication, and experience with APQP tools and quality methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field quality risk management and containment activities.
• Analyze warranty data to detect trends and failure modes.
• Facilitate root cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Apply PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA to improve processes.
• Support NPI and Preventive Quality during product introductions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to implement corrective actions.
