Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of quality-related issues and establish corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, inspection methods, and related documentation.
• Support introduction of new products and processes by identifying risks and promoting quality planning.
• Monitor and report quality performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, service, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
