• Troubleshoot quality issues with manufacturing teams.
• Develop and implement new lab test procedures.
• Analyze internal quality data to drive product optimization.
• Support audits and supplier/customer quality investigations.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and R&D.
