Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Quality Engineer to analyze product and process issues at defined stages of development and manufacturing. You will lead improvements to prevent costs associated with poor quality and maximize conformance to requirements.

You will apply SPC, review vendor quality, and document activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with established leadership in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data.
• Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 quality standards and SPC methods.

Responsibilities

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Plans and conducts analysis, inspection, design, test, and integration to assure quality.
• Applies SPC to analyze data and evaluate current processes.
