Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in the United States is seeking a Quality Engineer to support and enhance quality systems, process excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards, drive corrective actions, support audits, and improve overall process performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, quality, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO 9001 or comparable quality management systems.
• Hands-on CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Experience creating technical reports and customer-facing quality communications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer, and regulatory requirements compliance.
• Participate in internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Lead investigations of non-conformances, deviations, and quality incidents.
• Develop CAPA and implement corrective actions.
• Review supplier quality documentation and collaborate with suppliers.
