Productive Resources LLC seeks a Quality Engineer for our customer's facility in Eldridge, IA. You will implement and improve quality systems, develop QA plans, and collaborate with design, process, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive product quality.

Requirements include 2+ years in a high-precision CNC/assembly setting, ISO 9001 experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and GD&T. This full-time role offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a high-precision CNC/assembly environment.
• Experience in ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of technical reporting.

Responsabilités

• Apply quality systems to develop or improve products to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with design, process engineering, manufacturing, sales, and suppliers on quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans with SPC and trend analyses.
• Maintain and improve the quality program for purchased materials and components.
• Establish QA procedures for new products and review product conformance.
• Prepare reports and conduct internal audits and audit reports.
