Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Quality Engineer for PCBA manufacturing. The role requires a B.S./MBA in engineering or electronics, with at least 2 years of PCBA quality experience and strong knowledge of quality tools. English is required and Mandarin is a plus.

The candidate will develop quality plans, lead corrective actions, and support NPIs and mass production with data integrity and supplier coordination. on-site in San Jose.

Qualificações

B.S. or MBA in Engineering or electronics field.
2+ years in PCBA or manufacturing quality control.
English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

Understand product operations to perform.
Troubleshoot process, vendor, or design issues.
Ensure production process compliance with customer requirements.
Apply essential quality tools (8D, Fishbone, etc.).
Operate measurement tools with calibration knowledge.
Create and maintain quality documentation for inspection/testing.
Perform tests and measurements with existing equipment.
Join Quality Committee to audit ISO Internal and 5S.
Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
Participate in teams to improve production-related processes.
