Qualifications

3+ years quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with customer complaints, audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
Strong data analysis and continuous improvement skills.
Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead customer quality investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
Drive root cause analysis using CAPA, 5 Why, SPC, and Fishbone.
Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and process performance.
Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits, compliance activities, and quality system effectiveness.
Serve as a key liaison between customers and the manufacturing team.
