Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Active TS/SCI or DOE Q clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Experience developing manufacturing inspection plans, quality controls, and measurement processes.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, process improvement, and statistical quality analysis.
• Experience reviewing technical specifications and inspection requirements.
• Ability to manage quality engineering activities independently and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with high-precision, complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and MSA.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans and measurement procedures.
• Analyze process capability using statistics and establish performance metrics.
• Improve inspection processes, measurement technologies, and data collection.
• Investigate quality escapes and perform root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Review FAI packages to ensure quality compliance.
• Mentor quality personnel and manage deliverables within schedules and budgets.
