Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical Discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a formal Quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and costs.
• Conduct CAPA investigations and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and report findings to leadership.
• Support audits and external certifications and customer audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Operations.
