Job summary

Exemplar Global is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead timely corrective actions for customer and internal quality events across disciplines. You will serve as an ambassador and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality, drive quality improvement projects using Office 365, and support internal continuous improvement activities.

The role requires 2 years of experience on the manufacturing floor, a BS preferred or an associate degree with 5 years of related experience; internships

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• BS degree preferred; associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Internships considered relevant experience on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Leading timely Emergency, Interim and Permanent corrective actions for quality events.
• Ambassador, coach and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality.
• Quality improvement projects using Office 365 tools.
• Internal Continuous Improvement support.
• Customer and manufacturing engineering liaison for quality relations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leading timely Emergency, Interim and Permanent corrective actions for both Customer and internal quality events collaborating across disciplines.
• An ambassador, coach and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality.
• Quality improvement project leadership utilizing Office 365 tools.
• Internal Continuous Improvement support.
• Internal & external Customer contact and relationship management in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Exercise a variety of tools and techniques; 6 Sigma and 8D.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2 years
• Degree requirement: BS Preferred; Associate Degree – 5 years
• Do you accept internships as job experience: Yes – RELEVANT experience (manufacturing floor/shop floor)
