Job summary

Cintrifuse in Ohio is seeking a driven Quality Engineer to own our testing strategy, design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks that ensure reliability and performance of our products. This hands-on role also leads manual testing when needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in software quality engineering with a focus on test automation, experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with .NET/C# and Azure.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering, with a strong focus on test automation
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end testing strategies across web-based applications
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Ability to plan and execute manual test cases when needed, especially for edge cases and exploratory testing
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and backend validation
• Experience with .NET / C# and Microsoft Azure
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers
