Sanmina Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to drive product excellence in a high-precision PCB environment. You will oversee metrology, coordinate measurement data, and lead data-driven improvements across multiple programs, ensuring conformance to AS9100/ISO standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in high-precision manufacturing, GD&T mastery, CMM data evaluation, and experience with Six Sigma and PFMEA.

Qualifikationen

• GD&T Mastery: Full fluency in ASME Y14.5 or ISO geometric dimensioning standards.
• CMM Proficiency: Experience evaluating, troubleshooting, or programming CMM reports.
• Statistical software: Proficiency using Minitab, JMP, or similar data analysis software.

Aufgaben

• Interpret GD&T: Review engineering blueprints to extract and interpret complex geometric tolerances and CTQ dimensions.
• Evaluate CMM Data: Analyze CMM reports, diagnose process drift, and validate conformance to requirements.
• Lead Six Sigma/Quality Analysis: Apply DMAIC, monitor SPC, update PFMEA and Control Plans, investigate CAPA.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits (ISO9001/AS9100).
