Job summary

MPI is seeking a Quality Engineer to support customer quality, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives at a manufacturing facility in Mentor, OH. The role serves as a liaison between customers and manufacturing operations and supports ERP-related quality processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on inspection experience, PPAP and CAPA experience, ERP familiarity, and strong Excel/Word skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
