Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing floor experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Core Tool Experience (SPC, Control Planning, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA).
• Internal Auditing Experience (System Audits, Process Audits, Product Audits, Layered Process Audits).

Responsibilities

• Handles internal, customer and supplier complaints – Champions issues and leads cross functional teams through the problem resolution process.
• Interacts directly with the customers and/or suppliers, maintaining and improving relationships.
• Reviews customer portals, bulletins, and indicators and communicates status updates/changes to AHMC leadership.
• Uses process documentation (Flow Charts, FMEA, Control Plans, Work instructions) to drive improvements.
• Applies data to drive the business forward with analysis and decision making.
• Performs inspections and logs results in quality databases.
• Supports APQP/PPAP activities including PSW preparations and master sample creation.
