Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work daily with Manufacturing and Engineering to identify and resolve issues adversely impacting product quality.
• Interact with all areas of the organization to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods; implement cost-effective quality improvements.
• Ensure internal and external product and process quality standards are met by designing testing methods and establishing standards.
• Conduct internal inspections and audits; oversee third-party inspections and audits.
• Co-lead with the Process Improvement Manager to create an effective manufacturing audit program.
• Conduct training sessions at the factory, service centers, and in the field as required.
• Identify and communicate product improvement ideas to other departments.
• Lead CAPA processes including root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness.
• Collaborate with testing teams to identify training and improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional quality tests for newly designed parts and products.
• Research new technology and testing methods for implementation.
